Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders Today

The Teen Preparatory Organization (TPO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth ages 13–18 with the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed in life.
Based in Midway, Florida, and serving Gadsden County, TPO focuses on developing responsible, informed, and motivated young people who are prepared for academic achievement, career success, and personal growth.
We believe that when teens are given the right support system, they can overcome challenges and build bright, successful futures.

Our Purpose

Many young people face barriers that can limit their potential—lack of mentorship, limited access to resources, and minimal exposure to career or college pathways.
TPO was created to bridge that gap.
Our purpose is to provide structured support, positive role models, and practical life skills that help teens grow into confident and capable adults.

What Makes TPO Different

TPO is more than a program—it is a support system.
We focus on real-life preparation, not just classroom learning. Our approach combines mentorship, education, emotional support, and hands-on experiences that help teens grow in every area of life.
We meet young people where they are and help guide them step-by-step toward where they want to be.
